MENNATULLAH NASSER FAWZY ABDLGAYED

MennaTullah Naser joined Strohal Legal as Legal Counsel in May 2020. She is from Cairo and obtained her law degree at the Ain Shams University in Egypt.

MennaTullah has been advising national and international clients, mainly from the Gulf region, on business law matters for over seven years. Her areas of expertise include corporate/M&A projects, joint ventures, commercial agreements, and IT law issues (e.g. e-commerce, data protection). As an experienced litigator, she is also closely familiar with the legal and judicial system of the United Arab Emirates and has many years of experience in civil, criminal and commercial litigation before all instances and jurisdictions in the UAE.
