High quality legal advice comes at a price. The involvement of a lawyer therefore always requires a balance between the opportunities, risks, and objectives of a project. We discuss all relevant aspects of a mandate together with our clients in an initial consultation, which is free of charge.
We adapt our fee model flexibly to the specifics of the mandate, thus enabling you to control costs and ensure transparency.

MEMBER DISCOUNT
Members of the following business associations receive a 10% discount on our net fees: German Emirati Joint Council for Industry & Commerce - AHK (UAE), Austrian Business Council (UAE), Swiss Business Council (UAE), Austrian Chamber (Thailand), Austrian Business Association (Singapore).
HOURLY RATE
Generally, we provide our services on the basis of hourly rates, where our fees are calculated according to the actual working time spent on a specific matter. The hourly rate includes all services provided by us, except for cash expenses and value-added tax, and is recorded down to the minute.
CAP
Depending on the nature and scope of the mandate, we may agree on fee caps for the entire project, specific work results, or project milestones.
Fixed Fee
If the scope of work and the timeline can be well planned, we may work for a fixed fee. A typical example of this scope is the establishment of a company.
Success Fee
For some mandates with an uncertain outcome, e.g. a court dispute, we may agree on a success fee, consisting of a fixed amount or a percentage of the project volume/the amount in dispute. In international tax matters, success fees can also be agreed upon in the form of a percentage of the tax actually saved.
Retainer
A retainer is a flat fee for a monthly or quarterly consulting volume. Such a flat fee allows you to control the costs and to utilize our services as needed without anxious consideration of the associated fees.
