We further advise listed companies as well as small and medium-sized enterprises and start-ups on corporate law issues, on changes in corporate structure, and all restructuring measures.
RECENT MANDATES:
- M&A: advising an Austrian client on an USD 40m acquisition of a stake in an international water treatment and aquaculture company
- M&A: Advising an international financial investments group on the acquisition of a target in Dubai (DIFC)
- M&A: Advising a leading e-commerce company in Dubai on various acquisitions of local brands and e-commerce businesses.
